Wes Carver Electric of Lansdale, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our office team. We offer a competitive wage of $18-$25/hour based on performance and experience. This Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher position comes with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER

As a Wes Carver Electric Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You cheerfully respond to customer calls and emails ready to answer their questions and problem solve. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule service appointments. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

You call customers to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are happy. You also have the opportunity to perform a variety of office duties as needed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. You are like our conductor who directs us as we perform our individual parts resulting in a successful concert of electrical service each day!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Phone skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in construction or home services is a plus! Are you the kind of person who quickly catches on to what needs to be done, and then jumps right in? Are you attentive to detail and organized? Can you effectively solve problems? Do you have strong communication skills? Can you stay calm and collected in challenging situations? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
