Wes Carver Electric of Lansdale, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Admin/CSR to join our office team. We offer a competitive wage of $17-$25/hour based on performance and experience. This Customer Service Representative position comes with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.   • Answering phones to schedule appointments and help customers with any questions or concerns, with efficiency and accuracy
  • Being comfortable in a busy environment, with high volume inbound calls, as well as outbound calls
  • Engaging with customers to confirm and clarify information, and accurately entering all necessary customer information in the software database
  • Building relationships with customers and co-workers based on reliability, trust and effective communication
  • Prioritizing work, including work orders and assigning to proper team members
  • Working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction

This position offers immediate growth potential to include the dispatching of field technicians to service calls. 


  • Strong office/customer service experience with excellent communication and phone skills
  • Positive, friendly and upbeat personality with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to think and react quickly while helping the customer
  • Problem solver with ability t ask relevant and thorough questions
  • Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new customer service software, Service Titan. Training is provided
